UPS 3 Day Select & 2nd Day Air are figured on your order total. Please click the above link to view these rates.

• In stock orders will ship within 24-48 hours via UPS Standard Ground service.

• Allow 4-5 business days for arrival of your package.

• You will receive a UPS Confirmation Email when your order ships containing your Tracking #.

• Typical shipping time for "Out of Stock" items is 2-3 weeks.

• Out of Stock items ship separately from In Stock items at no additional charge.

• We take pride in our excellent customer service reputation and will continue to be as flexible and accomodating as possible for special circumstances, such as: gift purchases. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns about your delivery date.

• Shipping rates apply to shipments in the 48 Continental United States only. Extra shipping charges may apply to Alaska & Hawaii.

• At the present time, we are not shipping outside of the United States.

Return Policy

• All sales are final after 30 days.

• Sales on Discontinued Items only are non-refundable.

• Any unused product may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of your order.

• Shipping costs for returned items is the responsibility of the customer.

• Please package your return items in the same manner they were received. We will not refund on items damaged during the return shipping process due to poor packaging.

• A refund will be issued as soon as the items are received in good condition by Xanadu's.

• Returned items may incur a 10% restocking fee.

• Please notify us ahead of time so we will know when to expect your items to arrive. You will be provided with a return shipping address.

• Remember to save your tracking number.
